I'm of the opinion that The USA isn't divided, we're just divided from The Government!

When a solid 70% of The American; We The People, say openly to the current POTUS; an emphatic "NO!" And the imbecile goes on and does it anyway telling us he knows better than we do what's good for us, that's simply treason!

Obamanation is guilty of treason period! He works for us We The People, not the other way around!

He immediately disqualified himself from any of the authority of his elected position the moment he continued with that initiative (Obamacare) after The American People clearly spoke on it...

The divide is between the lame-fk ruling class tyrannizers that opted to endeavor for their own agenda and not an agenda or policy that America or The American Citizenry supports, wants, or even accepts as a reasonable premise...

These election results (MA, CA, and small pockets around the country) don't make a "majority" of the country, or even an equally divided opposition In fact I'd say that we've probably breached 70% and are alot closer to 80 or 85% together and solidified.

And then what about unfunded bail-outs to the financial institutions he ruined by forcing them to guarantee loans to unqualified buyers, with monies in the TRILLIONS going into banks hording the monies not to disperse them to the people and into the economy because they don't trust this joker not to give away the store while he's still breathing?!?

What about unfunded health-care for illegals?!?

What about unfunded welfare for illegals?!?

What about unfunded in-state college tuition rates for illegals when the legal natural born citizens in the next state are struggling to get to college because their summer job income is being taxed right out of their hands as those jobs aren't there anymore because the economy has been purposely tanked by this chuckle-head so that the employer won't hire summer help in order to survive the flat-lining economy?!?

And what about those unfunded in-state college tuition rates being covered by our taxpayer dollars?!?

What about unfunded "university studies" on African blacks to see whether some village-idiot washes his junk after pounding the town-pump all night on our taxpaying dime while we're in a deep recession while he's spending money like a drunken sailor on shore-leave in Vegas lookin' fer luv in all the wrong places?!? (Talk about treatem 'em like lab-rats or monkeys...)

Recent media reports concerning Ted Nugent

For anyone that cares to want to understand/know the truth about the recent allegations and fraudulent slanderous media coverage about Ted Nugent; from the mouth of Ted Nugent himself...

"my official statement plus - I plead no contest to bowhunting within 400yds of feed/bait, about equal to a jaywalking offense, though I never put out any feed/bait, and saw no feed/bait.

The property line of my hunting ground was only 80yds from my treestand, and there is no way of knowing what would be within 400yds on numerous adjoining properties. I was within 100yds of an apple orchard and 30 yds of a watertank, killed 100% legal deer, 100% legal manner.

I was informed by counsel that I could win in court but it would cost me 100s of 1000s of dollars and force me to literally setup camp in CA for up to possibly a year. Remember, this is the CA court system that found OJ innocent.

There are many other gory details to this fiasco, It was a horrible, horrible miscarriage of justice, and heartbreakingly, how the system works. They can bankrupt you over such a petty charge. Damn shame."

Once I play the good little slave to those insuring our compliance by being nothing more than pill-pushing medicine prescribers rather than doctors, I get to go home and open the bill since I'm one of the dumb working-class that actually pays my and their way thru life to pay a grandiose deductible of morbidly obese proportions, until the contract I'm now bound by federal law to sign and adhere to stipulates that they've arbitrarily decided that I've paid enough of my hard-earned income to satisfy their insatiable demands... And now Fedzilla is working feverishly to insure that millions of illegal aliens flooding thru our porous southern border are going to be rewarded for their criminal efforts by being gifted with free role acceptance by the wealth-redistributing enterprise of "free" healthcare for them and their anchor babies and geriatric or contagious family members that come here to suck the blood and breath right out of our American economy...

Kagan Unqualified To Be on Court

The new Supreme Court pick, Elena Kagan, has never been a judge. She's never seen a courtroom from the bench. She's never had a judge's responsibilities. Elena Kagan has never instructed a jury or ruled on a point of law—any point of law. She's never tried a criminal case, a civil case, or even a traffic case. She has not decided even one constitutional issue.

We don't know whether or not she believes the Constitution is the foundation of American law or whether she thinks, like many, the Constitution constantly changes based upon the personal opinions of Supreme Court justices. But either way, Elena Kagan has never had to make a constitutional call in a court of law in the heat of a trial.

She has never admitted evidence or ruled out evidence or ruled on the chain of custody regarding evidence. She has never made even one decision regarding any rule of evidence. She has never ruled on the exclusionary rule, the Miranda doctrine, an unlawful search and seizure allegation, a due process claim, an equal protection violation or any constitutional issue.

She has never impaneled a jury. She has never instructed a jury on a reasonable doubt or sentenced a person to the penitentiary. She has never had to decide whether a witness was telling the truth or not. As a judge, she has never heard a plaintiff, a defendant, a victim, or a child testify as a witness. She has never made that all-important decision of deciding whether or not a person is guilty or not guilty of a crime.

She has never ruled on a life-or-death issue.

Elena Kagan has never made a judgment call from the bench—not a single one. Yet, as a Supreme Court justice, she would be second-guessing trial judges and trial lawyers who have been through the mud, blood and tears of actual trials in actual courts of law. How can she possibly be qualified to fill the post of a Supreme Court justice?

Kagan is an elitist academic who has spent most of her time out-of-touch with the real world and with the way things really are. Being a judge would be an exercise to the new Supreme Court nominee. She has read about being a judge in books, I suppose. She might even have played pretend in her college classroom, but she has never held the gavel in a courtroom. Her first time to render judgment should not be as a member of the United States Supreme Court.

Aside from never being a judge, she has never even been a trial lawyer. She has never questioned a witness, argued a case to a jury or tried any case to any jury anywhere in the United States. Real-world experience makes a difference. Reading books about something and actually doing it are two completely different things.

People's lives and livelihoods are at stake in these courtroom decisions, particularly when they reach our highest court. Courtroom experience is fundamental to being a judge on the Supreme Court. As anyone who has been through the court system can testify, a courtroom is a whole different world.

Putting Elena Kagan on the United States Supreme Court is like putting someone in charge of a brain surgery unit who has never done an operation. She may be qualified for the classroom, but she is certainly not qualified for the courtroom. She should stay in the schoolhouse since she has never been in trial at the courthouse. The Supreme Court is no place for on-the-job training.

And that's just the way it is.

Watching the new television commercials with GM's (General Motors) newly appointed (installed by Obamanation) CEO making the shocking (and utterly outrageous) claims that GM has paid back it's loans to Fedzilla (or should I say us; the American working class taxpayers) with interest already - 5 years ahead of the ersatz speculation of intent...

It's true...

What they don't tell you is that they did it by somehow (corruption maybe; with union thug ties to Barry-O and his political machine???) qualifying to simply divert other stimulus money from any of the multi-hundreds of billions (whoops; make it trillions) of unaccounted TARP and TARP-2 bail-out money that is not "transparently" accounted for but was simply handed over by hook and by crook to the Politically-Correct for their good little campaign donations over the career of several politicians and organized criminality.

But, you won't hear it anywhere across the headlines of the many major players in The MSM! What you will hear is GM's cabal chief tyrant sauntering thru a factory scene explaining how they're free-and-clear and running in the green now; 5 years ahead of projections...

If that were true - did they ever really need the money in the first place? If they actually have been able to on their own, repay all the bail-out money in the middle of a down-turned economy with soaring unemployment and a national deficit growing at historic, out-of-control, and unchecked rates of epic proportions, all the while mortgage foreclosures are skyrocketing yet again, (but hold on there you say, Barry-O promised us the loans were only taken by responsible folks that always had the best of intentions of paying their debt and this was simply away to allow them to do so... (an' I got me some swampland in death valley I'll sell ya too...) It is clairvoyantly clear that not only did they never truly need the money, (which they did actually take along with the indentured servitude to Barry-O and Fedzilla) but they were simply intending a Politically-Correct hostile take-over of the dealerships (and stealing all those assets to be handed over to the new Politically correct ownership) and the removal of Americans that built those dealerships from nothing into large successful American businesses that were the envy of those that never earned anything in their lives but simply convince themselves they know better what should be done with that kind of success and asset and since the truth is a large number of those dealerships that were simply taken from their rightful owners by Fedzilla had belonged to those considered Politically-Incorrect, it is open, blatant, and bald-faced corruption at it's worst taken to an unprecedented yet fantasized level.

FYI, just this week my house was hit by a criminal snatch-an'-grab of the sort we can expect far more of in the near future and for a long time to come!

Frankly this is what we working Americans have to look forward to with more and more stimulus bills, bail-outs, and the bankruptcy that Obamacare will cause all of us!

Roving bands/hordes of the unemployed and (I don't know how it's possible to do this and think eating will always be an option) newly defined demographic of the unemployed that they tell us has given up looking for a job, will need to furnish their families with food, clothing, and the far more important necessities of bling and personal entertainment electronics that are worked, labored, and saved for by the suckers; us hard working-class tax paying American legal citizens...

We are the fair game in the wealth redistribution communism mentality that installs the false premise of entitlement into the minds of the Useful Idiot sheeple and the ne'er-do-wells that wish to live parasitically off of us and decry how unfair life's lottery is to them. Funny how the same folks that probably just glommed my hard earned possessions drive around the flats of Chief Anthony Scott's Holyoke since the rogue judiciary just re-released them, (more so in Springfield now due to Chief Scott's tremendous vigilance) in their Cadillac Escalades, Acuras, Mercedes, and Audi low-riders with the big chrome spinners flashing back the neon night lights of the free life while I'm fast asleep awaiting my alarm clock to wake me at 5:am so I can go out and work hard for 55-60 hours a week to provide my family with a pretty damn meager existence...

Best of all, the new Census takers are the same folks that have done nothin' but complain about "The Man" when they were charged with personal responsibility and self-accountability, and now they are the right hand of The Man dippin' their greasy hands into my pockets because I was stupid enough to earn it for myself by hard work...

Worse yet, the census "workers" are gonna be of the same ilk of say ACORN workers and other ne'er-do-wells that now have a free-pass to be canvasing all of our middle-class neighborhoods while we stupid workin' folks are out payin' their way...

Funny, seems to me they might just be in on the redistribution of my personal "wealth."

This isn't gonna get better folks!

I tell U this, perps caught in the act will face instant revocation and forfeiture of their mortality... I will give no quarter!

In as much as I am very grateful and thankful that no harm befell my family and that none of them were home when it happened, I wish I was!

The man responsible for my Blues sojourn; Li'l Ed Williams:

Besides the headliners and Guitar God's I heard on the air waves, circa 1986 my first ever live blues club/venue show was Li'l Ed & The Blues Imperials.

I was hooked, amazed, and mesmirized! I had never seen anything like it in my life! Back when he was young and fresh out of the mean streets of Chicago, he had a driving energy that was unequivocal. He is the nephew of one of the Elmore James style originators; J.B. Hutto. His blues shouter style was so alien to my white-bread world of suburbia and was so in-tune with my own soul it was a revelation and I had been baptized in the holy-spirit of The Blues!

I would never be the same! He brought the house down in little Northampton MA in The Iron Horse Cafe, long before the place became big and well known in the music tour/stop circuit, it brought in the best names in The Blues! He and his rhythm guitarist would get down on their knees and "train" across the floor and then he'd ride on the shoulders of his rhythm guy back thru the audience...

I quickly thereafter studied up on JB Hutto, and went out and bought myself my Torino Red American Standard Strat. I also got an LP Album autographed by the band that night, I think I still have it somewhere...

If you ever get the chance to see those cats, I suggest you don't miss your chance to see a new-blood performance handed down by one of the originators thru blood; Li'l Ed & The Blues Imperials are awesome!
